These terms govern access to the GenAI4Code website, learning platform, cohorts, course materials, and related support. By creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials private, and notify support of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Learners under 18 must participate with consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Course access

Enrollment grants a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use released course materials during the stated access period. Cohort dates, live-session times, instructors, and lesson sequencing may change when reasonably necessary; material changes will be communicated to affected learners.

Payments and refunds

Prices and applicable taxes are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Refunds are governed by the published Refund Policy. A payment alone does not permit account sharing or redistribution of materials.

Acceptable use

Do not share protected resources, disrupt the platform, bypass access controls, scrape private content, harass others, or submit plagiarized work. Projects, submissions, and forum posts must be original or properly attributed. We may remove harmful content and suspend access for material violations.

Intellectual property

GenAI4Code retains rights in its course materials, platform content, and branding. Learners retain rights in their original project work while granting us permission to store and review it to deliver the course. We will not publicly use learner work as a testimonial or case study without permission.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the platform available but cannot promise uninterrupted access to internet, hosting, video, payment, or third-party lab services. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected course. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise. Questions may be sent to support@genai4code.dev.
