Refund Policy

Course purchases

Unless a course page states a different policy, you may request cancellation within seven calendar days of payment and before completing more than 10% of required course resources. Requests outside that window are reviewed for duplicate charges, technical inability to access the course, or other exceptional circumstances.

Invitation checkout tests

A private ₹1 checkout invitation is used only to validate payment and enrollment operations with an invited participant. The amount is disclosed before payment. The administrator may refund the test payment after reconciliation; the invitation does not advertise or establish a ₹1 public course price.

How to request a refund

Email support@genai4code.dev from your account email with the course, payment reference, and reason. Do not send card details, UPI credentials, passwords, or one-time codes.

Processing

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. Bank and payment-network processing times vary and may take 5–10 business days after initiation. Refunded or charged-back enrollments may be locked while learning history is retained for account, audit, and support purposes.
