Include the affected page, approximate time, browser or device, and a screenshot when useful. For course access, include your enrolled course and cohort. For payments, include only the Razorpay payment reference.

Response times

Typical response time is one business day. Access and captured-payment issues are prioritized. Never include passwords, payment card details, UPI PINs, or authentication codes.
