Information we collect

GenAI4Code collects account and profile details, enrollment and payment references, onboarding preferences, course activity, video position, quiz attempts, submissions, community activity, support messages, and basic device and diagnostic information.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate accounts, provide enrolled course access, personalize learning actions, review work, issue certificates, communicate cohort updates, prevent abuse, process payments and refunds, support learners, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Information may be processed by providers used to operate the service, including Vercel, MongoDB Atlas, Bunny Stream, Cloudflare R2, Resend, Razorpay, and Sentry. Each provider processes only the information needed for its service and is subject to its own privacy and security terms.

Retention and security

We retain account, learning, payment, and audit records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. We use access controls, encryption in transit, provider-managed encryption at rest, and restricted administrative access, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information, withdraw optional communications, or ask questions about retention. Some payment, certificate, security, and legal records may need to be retained.
